How do I install Help Center Live in Fantastico and what is this script?
Help Center Live is a very powerful all-in-one help center including Live Help, Support Tickets and FAQ. Features include unlimited operators/departments, monitor visitors, initiate chat, collect visitor's information, track visitor's footprint, autosave chat transcripts, canned messages, leave a message, auto-assign tickets to operators, unlimited FAQ topics.
Bad color scheme, but the feel of the application is great. The admin login is thru the same login page as a non-admin.

Notes: This script does not work directly out of the box. The first steps to set up are:
1. Create necessary staff users (called Operators)
2. Create departments and assign Operators to them
3. You need to add the "pager code" to each page on your site. Things would be made easier if your site is template based (for instance, using a Nuke portal). The pager code is the code that'll be used to track users while they browse.
Additional Notes: Due to suPHP, you will need to chmod the PHP files to 755. Otherwise, an Internal Server Error is returned.
